That is a real order from a real account, and the owner did not calculate it: the number sits on the order, next to the photos and the invoice. **Dumpster business software** is the layer that turns a week of deliveries and dump runs into numbers an owner can act on: what came in, what is still owed, what each order made after fees and costs, and whether this month beat the last one. Four tiles explain it. Received is money collected. Invoiced is what was billed. Unpaid is billed and not collected, and turns amber the moment it is above zero. Expenses is job costs plus general company spending. Each tile shows the previous period underneath, and for Unpaid and Expenses, down is good. The right rail answers the two questions owners ask most. Cash flow shows the available balance and the next deposit. Accounts receivable lists the top three customers by unpaid amount, and "See all" jumps to Order History, where each unpaid order has the actions that collect: Send Payment Link, Charge Card on File, Mark as Paid. Payment links go out with automatic reminders by email and SMS for up to 10 days, stopping when the invoice is paid. ## Margin per order, with a confidence label Orders P&L is one row per order or junk job: Revenue, Fees, Costs, Profit, Margin. The hero above it is profit on collected orders only, split into Collected, Card fees and Direct costs (landfill, fuel, labor), with the average margin and a Profit per haul tile. Sort by margin and the sizes, customers and landfills that earn the least rise to the top. Every row carries a status. Verified: a confirmed payment and recorded costs both back the number. Partial: one side is confirmed, and the drawer says which. Estimated: a projection from the invoiced amount. Review: something is missing, and the drawer lists it, no costs recorded, no payment received, no landfill cost on a completed order. Fix the item and the status upgrades by itself. Fuel, labor and custom costs are added from the office; general expenses (insurance, payroll, equipment) are recorded in Finances, and a truck's maintenance log has a Post to Finances shortcut. Then the bank: connect an account and a credit card, or import a statement, categorize each transaction and match it to a cost or an order. A matched deposit is what lets an order reach Verified.
