If the invoice stays unpaid, the customer receives daily reminders through the selected channels for 10 consecutive days with increasing urgency, each one carrying the invoice link, starting the next morning. Extra charges sent as Send Invoice & Payment Link enroll in the same cycle on their own. Reminders stop automatically as soon as the invoice is paid. For a specific invoice you can turn the toggle off before sending, and the helper text confirms that no automatic follow-up reminders will be sent. Customers who opted out of transactional notifications are never sent automatic reminders. ## Dumpster rental text notifications: confirmed, on the way, delivered, picked up When a customer books and pays online, they receive their own confirmation email and text at the same moment your admins do. From then on the order does the talking: the driver taps On My Way in the driver app and the customer gets the on-the-way text with the address and the request to clear the drop-off area; completing the delivery sends the delivered text; completing the pickup sends the picked-up text with a thank-you. Every text ends with your company phone number and Auto msg, do not reply. Order texts are one-way: the customer calls you or opens the portal link. The customer drawer holds a Receive transactional notifications switch: when off, that customer stops receiving automatic order status updates (on the way, delivered, picked up) and recurring payment reminders, while invoices, payment links and receipts are still sent. New customers start with the switch on.
