The new statement has a new number, so the old one and the new one never get mixed up. 1. ## Set up the site first Turn on owner billing on the job site (see "Bill the property owner for a job site"). Set "Bill the owner for orders delivered on or after" to the first delivery on the statement you want to rebill. 2. ## Link orders created without the site If an order at the same address was created without choosing the site, the site shows "Orders at this address not linked to this site". Click "Link it" so the order goes to the owner. Only orders not billed yet can be linked. 3. ## Void and rebill In the Statements tab, on the statement sent to the contractor, click "Void and rebill to the owner" and confirm. The statement is voided and a new one with a new number is created for the owner, with the same orders and amounts. The contractor receives a notice that the old statement was replaced and should not be paid. 4. ## Review and send The new statement opens for review. Check the owner at the top, set the due date and click "Close and send". You can also send it later from the Overview card with "Email + Text". ## What happens next - Only a statement with all orders from the owner site, no payments and no credits can be rebilled. A statement with orders from other sites is refused. - New orders at the owner address: in New Order, choose the site.
