Nothing is deleted: their login, history and driver profile stay as they are. ## Before you start - The Admin role. - The person is a driver who has an office role (their row in the Drivers list shows the role chip). 1. ## Open the Drivers page In the sidebar, click "Drivers" and find the person. Their row shows the office role chip, for example "Admin". 2. ## Open the row menu Click the "⋯" button at the end of their row and choose "Remove office access". 3. ## Confirm The window asks "Remove office access from ?" and explains that they lose the office panel and keep the driver app with the same email and password. Click "Remove access". ## What happens next - A message confirms " no longer has office access. The driver app stays." and the role chip disappears from their row. - On their next login they go straight to the driver app. You can give office access again at any time from the same menu. - Every change is recorded with who made it and when. ## Troubleshooting ### I do not see "Remove office access" on my own row. You cannot remove your own office access. Ask another admin to do it. ### I get "The company owner keeps office access." The account owner is protected and always keeps office access. ### I want to remove the person completely, not just the office access. Use "Delete" in the same row menu instead.
