Clicking a row opens the profile drawer with six tabs: Overview, Details, Orders, Invoices, Estimates and Activity. Overview leads with Lifetime Value, Total Orders, Member Since and Type, then the contact block, the notifications switch and Notes. Orders lists every job with Contracted, Expenses and P&L, so the same tab that shows the history shows whether the customer is profitable. Activity is a timeline pulled from all of that customer's orders, newest first, which is how you reconstruct what happened without opening each job. A junk job is created against this same customer list. When Tresha, the built-in assistant, takes a junk job by chat or voice, the first thing she asks for is the customer, with a fast numbered search and a quick-create when the person is new. The Receive transactional notifications switch is per customer: turned off, that customer stops getting automatic status updates and recurring payment reminders, while invoices, payment links and receipts still go out. Contractors running several jobs at once ask for exactly this. From any completed job you can send a Google review request by email, SMS or both, with your review link and a message you edit once. Expanding it lists the customer's orders with a checkbox on each unpaid invoice, and Consolidate into Super Invoice merges them into one payment link, which is how a property manager with four cleanouts pays once instead of four times. The Estimates panel at the top of the page tracks accepted, pending and canceled quotes and shows a pulsing "new" badge when a customer accepts one. There is no delete button, on purpose. A customer you no longer serve is marked Inactive and keeps every job, photo and invoice, findable with the status filter. ## Where new customers come from Visitors on your booking page can open a chat, and the office answers from inside the app. Forms on your website and funnels in tools like GoHighLevel push leads in through the public REST API (POST /v1/leads), which fires a lead.created webhook you can route anywhere. The API also reads customers (GET /v1/customers) with lifetime value and order count, so a reporting sheet can pull the same numbers the Customers page shows.
