A higher turn rate means the container earns more. : Dispatch board The screen where the owner assigns delivery, swap and pickup tasks to drivers, one lane per driver, for the day. : Swap The driver picks up the full container and leaves an empty one in the same visit, so the customer keeps working. : Haul-off Picking up a full dumpster from the job site and taking it to a landfill or transfer station. : Tipping fee What the landfill or transfer station charges to accept the load, per ton or per cubic yard. : Overage fee The extra charge when the load weighs more than the tons included in the rental price. : Service area The ZIP codes or counties where the company delivers. Online booking checks the address against it before showing prices. : Fleet utilization The share of the company's containers that are on a customer site right now, instead of sitting in the yard. : Dumpster Network Hub The marketplace inside Dumpster Controls where a company posts an order it cannot serve and another verified company takes it, with no hub fee. ## Questions owners ask Is the knowledge center free to read, and can I quote it?
