It is created by the office or arrives by itself from online booking, and from that moment its status tells everyone where it stands: pending, scheduled, delivered, awaiting pickup, completed. Every unit has a status, available, deployed, in transit, at the landfill or out of service, and an address: which job site it is on and for how long. Late invoices are tracked and reminded automatically, which is where most of the recovered receivables come from. ### Online booking A booking widget on the operator's own website takes the order directly, at any hour, with the price shown before the customer commits. It removes the phone call from the sale and removes the re-keying from the office; the order lands in dispatch already complete. ## How roll-off software differs from other tools ### Versus general business software Spreadsheets, Google Calendar and QuickBooks each manage one slice of a hauling business, and none of them talks to the others.
