Your Dumpster Company, Selling 24/7: Online Booking on Your Site and in the Directory

DC

Dumpster Controls Team

Editorial team, reviewed against the shipped product

Every dumpster company already sells while driving, dumping and answering the phone. The ones growing fastest also sell while doing none of those things: their booking page takes the order, collects the payment and drops the job on the dispatch board at 9pm on a Sunday.

Dumpster Controls ships that storefront free, puts it on your own website in about two minutes, and then gives it a second home where customers are already searching: the national company directory. It is the booking module of dumpster rental software, described in full at dumpster booking software.

This is a real booking page

Not a mockup. This is our live demo storefront, exactly what your customer sees, rendered by the same system that powers every company's booking page.

Real Dumpster Controls online booking page: delivery location with placement map, size selection, live order summary with pricing, homeowner or contractor choice
The live booking flow: address and drop-spot map, size with live pricing, dates, debris type, and a running order summary with the exact total before payment.

The customer picks a size with your prices, chooses delivery and pickup dates, drops a pin for placement and sees the full total with no hidden fees. Then they pay by card. No account, no phone tag, no "we will call you back".

Why dumpster online booking changes the math

Phone-only booking caps your sales at the hours someone can answer, and every missed call is a competitor's order. A booking page never sleeps, quotes the same price every time and collects payment upfront.

Paid upfront also means fewer no-shows and no "I will pay on pickup" chases. And because the page enforces your delivery area and blocked dates, the orders that arrive are orders you can run.

Dumpster booking widget: on your website in about 2 minutes

The hosted link works from day one; share it on Instagram, Google Business Profile or by text. The bigger win is embedding it on your own site.

The Booking Page screen has an Install Widget stepper: choose the format, copy the snippet, paste it into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy, Webflow or almost anything else. No code, about two minutes.

  • Customers book and pay without leaving your site, so your brand carries the whole experience.
  • Your Google Ads and Facebook Pixel track real conversions, not clicks to a third-party page, so your ad optimization learns from actual bookings.

You stay in control of every order

Holidays and vacations

Block US and Canadian holidays or any custom dates. The dates the page offers always respect them.

Coverage

Define your service area so out-of-range addresses never become orders.

Promo codes

Codes for campaigns and repeat customers.

Rental agreement

Your terms, accepted at checkout, on the record.

Fraud screening

Every online payment is risk-scored before capture. Higher risk is held for review so no truck rolls on a stolen card.

Who pays the card fee

You choose: the customer, your company, or a split.

The dumpster rental directory: a second storefront that ranks

Here is the part no traditional software vendor does for you. Dumpster Controls runs a public, national Company Directory of dumpster rental companies: 856 of them in 44 states, counted on September 24, 2026.

Directory pages are built to rank in search. When you claim your company's page and your booking is on, your directory page shows a live Book Online button, and a customer who finds it in Google can book you right there.

That means your storefront sells in two places at once: your own website, and a directory page whose SEO we work on so you do not have to.

What online booking costs

The software is free, including the booking page, the widget, blocked dates, coverage areas, promo codes and the rental agreement. The only cost is card processing when a customer pays online: 2.99% + $3.99 per transaction on the free plan, or 2.99% + $0.30 on the $169 per month Unlimited plan. How that compares with the vendors that charge monthly is at dumpster rental software cost.

The Free Forever Promise

Free means free. Forever.

We are the only full dumpster software in North America that is free for every company size. Not a trial. Not a feature-gated freemium. Not a free plan capped at one truck. The whole product, unlimited orders and unlimited users, on the house.

Ever. No surprise charges.

$0

Setup fee

No onboarding cost.

$0

Per-user fee

Unlimited admins, drivers, dispatchers.

$0

Cancel anytime. We never auto-charge.

How we make money: only when you opt in, and the numbers are public. The software is free with unlimited orders and no per-order software fee. If you choose to collect a customer’s card payment through Dumpster Controls, the processing fee is 2.99% + $3.99 per card transaction on the free plan, or 2.99% + $0.30 (the standard Stripe rate) on the optional $169/month Unlimited plan. Take payment by cash, check, Zelle or any other way and you pay nothing at all. Beyond that, our revenue comes from the optional Unlimited plan and from equipment partners and sponsors advertising in the app and on our public directory; our marketplace, the Dumpster Net Hub, charges zero marketplace fees. Run your own business your way and you never pay to use the software. It’s the only model that lets a 1-truck owner-operator run on the same software as a 50-truck fleet.
