About Dumpster Strong

Dumpster Strong is a locally owned roll-off company in Orlando, Florida, in business since 2017 and run by its owner, Rafael. It rents 10, 20, 30 and 40 yard containers across four Central Florida counties, for homeowners, contractors and commercial customers.

Large containers and contractor work bring two problems most small software tools do not handle well: jobs that outgrow the fleet on busy weeks, and business customers who pay on terms instead of by card at booking.

How Dumpster Strong runs on Dumpster Controls

What the account shows in the product, checked on October 12, 2026:

  • Active since March 2026. The account opened on March 13, 2026, and the first order went through on March 18.
  • Online booking. Customers book and pay on Dumpster Strong's booking page, and those orders arrive next to the ones the office enters by hand. See dumpster booking software.
  • Dispatch on the board. Deliveries and pickups are assigned to drivers on the dispatch board.
  • Overflow on the Hub. Dumpster Strong has posted jobs to the Dumpster Net Hub, where other hauling companies can take work the fleet cannot cover, with no listing fee and no percentage cut.
  • Commercial accounts. Business customers are set up on account, with job sites, negotiated prices and statement billing instead of a card charge per order. Dumpster Strong was the first company on commercial accounts, before they opened to everyone on September 29, 2026.

In Rafael's words

"I needed to see the numbers clearly. Dumpster Controls gave me profit tracking, organized dispatch, and a real platform I can grow on. It is not just software, it is how I plan my next move."

What this case does and does not claim

This page reports two kinds of facts: what Dumpster Strong publishes on its own website, and what its account shows in the product. It does not report revenue, order counts, margins, time saved or growth percentages. Those numbers belong to the company, and we only publish them when the owner confirms them.

What the software costs a company this size

Dumpster Controls charges $0 for the software at any fleet size, commercial accounts and the Hub included; the only cost on the free plan is card processing when a customer pays by card. For comparison, from each vendor's own pages: iCANS publishes $99 to $159 a month, DRS $79.95 to $279.95, and Docket and CurbWaste quote after a demo. The full list with sources is on dumpster rental software cost.

Frequently asked questions

Is Dumpster Controls really free?

Yes. The entire app is free for any company at any fleet size: dispatch, online booking, the driver app, invoicing, the Tresha AI assistant and every other feature, with no monthly fee, no trial period and no credit card to sign up. The only cost on the free plan is optional card processing when a customer pays by card through the platform: 2.99% plus $3.99 per transaction on the free plan. The entire app is free; an optional $169 per month plan lowers that to 2.99% plus $0.30 and adds a Sponsored spotlight in the public company directory. Prices as published on dumpstercontrols.io/pricing on 2026-09-23.

Do you charge per driver, per truck or per order?

No. There is no per-driver, per-truck, per-user or per-order fee, and no order limit. A company with one truck and a company with twenty pay the same for the software: nothing.

Is there a contract?

No. There is no contract, no minimum term and no setup fee. You create the account yourself, and on the free plan there is nothing to cancel because nothing is billed. The optional $169 lower card rate plan is billed month to month.

Which countries and languages are supported?

Dumpster Controls serves hauling companies in the United States and Canada. The app interface and the Tresha AI assistant are available in English, Spanish and Portuguese. The public pages, such as the blog, the help center and the landfill finder, are in English.

How do I switch from another dumpster software?

Create a free account at dumpstercontrols.io/login, with no sales call and no credit card. Then import your customers from a CSV file using the template provided in the app; past orders can also be imported from a CSV. Container sizes and pricing are set up in Settings. The landfill database, with 1,750 active US and Canadian landfills as counted on 2026-10-01, is already loaded, so disposal sites do not need to be typed in. Step-by-step guides are at dumpstercontrols.io/help.
