How to track weekly revenue and hide financial values in Dumpster Controls

The weekly card gives you a this-week-versus-last-week pulse, and the eye button hides every dollar figure when you need privacy.

    1. 1

      Read the current week

"Revenue for the current week" shows the payments received this week with a green up or red down trend arrow. Under it sit the amount "invoiced" this week and the number of "orders" created.

    2. 2

      Compare with last week

"Revenue for the previous week" shows the same numbers for the prior week, plus a percentage "vs last week" when there is something to compare.

    3. 3

      Hide the money

Click the eye button in the card's corner (tooltip: "Hide financial values"). Every dollar figure on the Dashboard, including the revenue chart summary and the overdue invoice amounts in Alerts, turns into dots.

    4. 4

      Bring it back

Click the eye again ("Show financial values"). The same toggle also lives on the "Monthly Revenue" chart header; both control the same setting.

    What happens next

    • Hiding is per session: reloading the page shows the values again.

    Troubleshooting

The weekly total does not match the sum of my invoices.

The big number counts payments received during the week. The smaller "invoiced" line is what was billed this week; they measure different things.
