How to message dispatch and teammates in the Dumpster Controls Driver App

The "Messages" tab keeps route talk inside the platform, tied to your company, with attachments and read tracking.

Open "Messages"
Tap the "Messages" tab. Conversations with the office appear under "Office" (or the sender's name), and direct chats with teammates show the teammate's name.

Open a conversation
Tap it to chat full screen. Messages you send appear on your side; opening a conversation marks it as read for the office.

Send text and attachments
Type your message and send. You can also attach files, for example a photo of a blocked driveway or damage at a site.

What happens next

New messages trigger a push notification on your phone, so you can keep the phone mounted and still catch dispatch updates.

You will see "Message not sent. Check your connection and try again." It usually means weak signal; resend when coverage returns.
