How to request Dumpster Net Hub access in Dumpster Controls

Authorization is the front door of the Hub. It is a one-time flow: confirm your company info, upload three documents, sign the agreement, and submit for review.

Before you start

• Your company details up to date (the first step shows your company name and state).
• Digital copies of your W-9 Form, Certificate of Insurance, and Business Registration (PDF or image, max 10MB each).

1. Open the Hub

   Click the "Dumpster HUB" card in the app sidebar (labeled "Marketplace"). If your company is not authorized yet, a banner reads "Network Hub Authorization Required" with the note "Upload your W-9, insurance, and sign the Network Hub agreement to sell or take orders."

2. Start the request

   Click "Request Authorization" in the banner or in the page header. The "Request Network Hub Authorization" dialog opens with a four-step tracker: "Company Info", "Documents", "Agreement", and "Submit".

3. Confirm your company info

   Step one shows your company name and state under "Company Information", with the reminder "Please ensure your company information is up-to-date before proceeding." Click "Next".

4. Upload the three documents

   Under "Upload Documents", use the "Upload" button next to "W-9 Form", "Certificate of Insurance", and "Business Registration". Accepted files are PDF, JPG, PNG, and WebP up to 10MB. Uploaded rows turn green and show "Replace" so you can swap a file. The note "All 3 documents are required to proceed." stays until everything is in.

5. Sign the agreement

   Step three, "Sign Network Hub Agreement", shows a preview of the terms. Check "I have read and agree to the Network Hub Terms & Conditions." to continue.

6. Submit for review

   The final step lists everything as a checklist (documents "uploaded", agreement "signed"). Click "Submit Authorization Request". A confirmation reads "Authorization Request Submitted" with "Our team will review your documents and notify you."

What happens next

• The dialog shows "Under Review" and the note "Review usually happens quickly during Florida business hours." The Hub header switches to an amber "Under Review" pill and the banner reads "Your Network Hub authorization is under review. We'll notify you once approved."
• When approved, the header shows a green "Hub Authorized" badge and a welcome tour opens: "You're in! Welcome to the Dumpster Hub", with quick pages on taking orders, listing orders, and getting paid. Finish with "Start exploring" or use "Skip tour".
• You can also manage the same enrollment from Account Center under the "Dumpster HUB Marketplace" tab, which includes the "Review and Sign" button for the agreement and the "Submit Enrollment" action.

Troubleshooting

I get "File too large" or "Invalid file type".

Each file must be at most 10MB, and only PDF or image files (JPG, PNG, WebP) are accepted. Export the document again and retry.

The "Next" button is disabled on the documents step.

All three documents must be uploaded first. Any row still showing "Upload" instead of a green check is missing.
