How to review a Hub listing before taking it in Dumpster Controls

The detail drawer shows everything a listing shares before acceptance, so you can price your drive and your day with confidence.

    1. 1

      Open the drawer

Click a listing card or its "View" button. The drawer header shows the order number, the dumpster size, the label "Network Hub Listing", the status pill, and the return countdown.

    2. 2

      Check the location

The "Location" block shows the city, state, and ZIP plus how many miles it is from you. The exact street address is withheld: "Exact address after acceptance".

    3. 3

      Check dates and notes

Cards show the "Delivery" date and, when set, the "Pickup" date. A "Notes" block appears when the seller added instructions.

    4. 4

      See who posted it

"Posted by" shows "Verified Network Member" with a "Verified" tag. The info tooltip explains: "Company identities are protected to ensure fair payouts and prevent bypass of the platform."

    5. 5

      Read the pricing block

"Pricing" breaks down "Payout (Resale)", "Hub Fee ($0, no hub fees)", and "You Receive". Because hub fees are zero, "You Receive" equals the full asking amount.

    6. 6

      Note the payment rules

The escrow notice states: "No cash. All payments processed by Dumpster Controls. Funds held in escrow until completion."

    7. 7

      Agree and take it

Check "I agree to the Network Hub terms and conditions." and click "Take This Order". If you are not authorized, the button reads "Request Hub Access to Take Orders" instead.

    What happens next

    • If the listing is yours, the drawer shows "This is your own listing. You cannot take your own order."

    Troubleshooting

    "Take This Order" is disabled.

The terms checkbox must be checked first. The button activates as soon as you agree.
