How to suggest a landfill for the driver in Dumpster Controls

The "Suggested Landfill" picker pre-selects a disposal site in the driver's app, so the driver does not have to choose one on the road.

    1. 1

      Find the picker

Open a pickup or landfill order drawer. Below driver assignment sits the "Suggested Landfill" block with the hint that it pre-selects this landfill for the driver.

    2. 2

      Search and choose

Type in "Search landfills..." to filter by name, city, or address. Each row shows the address and distance in miles; company-added sites carry a "Private" badge. Click a landfill to select it.

    3. 3

      Manage favorites

The star icon marks a landfill as favorite ("Mark as favorite" / "Remove from favorites") so your usual sites float to the top. "Show more" reveals the rest of the list.

    4. 4

      Add a missing site

Click "Add" to open the new-landfill dialog and register a site that is not in the list; it is selected automatically once created.

    5. 5

      Save

Click "Save suggestion". A toast confirms "Suggested landfill saved". Use "Change" to swap it later or the clear button ("Clear suggestion") to remove it.

    What happens next

    • The driver app pre-selects this site on the landfill stage of the run; the driver can still override it on the road.

    Troubleshooting

The list says "No active landfills for this state".

No landfills are registered as active for your company's state yet. Use "Add" to create your first one.
