How to download or print an invoice PDF in Dumpster Controls

Any invoice can be saved as a PDF or printed, both from inside the app and from the public invoice page your customer sees.

Before you start

• An existing invoice.

1. From the app

   Open the "Send Payment Link" modal on the order and click "Download Invoice PDF". The invoice opens in a new window; use Print, then Save as PDF to download it.

2. From the public invoice page

   The customer-facing invoice page has a "Download / Print PDF" button that opens the browser's print dialog.

3. For consolidated invoices

   Use "View / Print PDF" on the consolidated invoice, or "View" on the "Active Consolidated Invoices" panel.

What happens next

• The PDF shows your company branding, line items, taxes, surcharges, discounts, and payment status.
