How to add dumpster sizes and prices for online booking in Dumpster Controls

The sizes and prices your customers see on the booking page come straight from your Registered Inventory. Each size carries its own pricing tiers, weight allowance, and fees.

   Open Registered Inventory

   In the left menu, click "Inventory". The page is titled "Registered Inventory" with the subtitle "Manage your dumpster fleet".

   Add a size

   Click "Add Dumpster" and pick the yard size in the wizard. You can also upload a photo of the dumpster; it is shown on the booking page card for that size.

   Set the rental prices

   Fill the pricing tiers: "Rent for 24 hours price:", "Rent for up to 3 days price:", "Rent for up to 7 days price:", "Rent for up to 14 days price:", and "Rent for up to 30 days price:". Each multi-day tier has a toggle, so you can turn off tiers you do not offer. Set "Additional daily charges:" for days beyond the rental period.

   Set weight and fees

   Configure "Initial weight included (Ton):" and "Additional charge per Ton:". Then set the fee toggles: "Fuel Surcharge (FSC)?" (added to every invoice when enabled), "Do you charge sales tax?" with a percentage, "Rescheduling fee?", and "Cancellation fee?".

   Allow rental extensions (optional)

   The "Customer portal" step includes "Let the customer request a rental extension?". When on, customers can request extra days from their tracking link; the request always waits for your approval, using the additional day price for that size.

   Register units

   Use the quantity stepper on each size row to register how many physical units you own. If a size has 0 units, the row warns that you will not be able to accept orders for that size.
