How to track Google Ads conversions from online bookings in Dumpster Controls

Redirect customers to your own thank-you page after a successful booking so Google Ads can count real purchases as conversions.

Before you start

A thank-you page on your own website with your Google Ads conversion tag installed

Open SEO & Integrations
In "Booking Page", select the "SEO & Integrations" tab. The first card is "Booking Confirmed Page URL": "Redirect customers to your own 'Thank You' page after a successful booking. Perfect for Google Ads conversion tracking."

Paste your URL
In the field labeled "Your \"Thank You\" page URL", paste the full URL (for example https://yoursite.com/thank-you) and click "Save".

Use the appended parameters
After payment, the customer is redirected to your page with query parameters appended: email, phone, first_name, last_name, dumpster_size, delivery_date, pickup_date, and order_number. Use them to personalize the page or send Enhanced Conversions data.

What happens next

The benefits listed on the card: "Google Ads tracks real purchases (not just clicks)", Enhanced Conversions with name, email and phone sent automatically, "Works with both embedded widget and booking URL", and "If empty, the default confirmation screen is shown".
With the embedded widget, the redirect happens immediately after the order is created; confirmation emails still go out in the background.

The URL field is empty or was not saved. When it is blank, the built-in "Payment Confirmed!" screen is shown.
