How to open Tresha AI anywhere in Dumpster Controls

Tresha is one tap away on every screen of the app. Learn every place she lives and what the chat panel shows when it opens.

Before you start

A signed-in Dumpster Controls account. Tresha is not available in the vendor portal.

Use the header button
In the app header, click the sparkles icon labeled "Tresha AI". The chat panel slides in from the right.

Or use the floating button
On desktop and larger screens, a round floating button with Tresha's animated orb sits near the bottom right corner of every page. Click it to open the chat. On narrow phone screens this floating button is hidden; use the header button instead.

Or use the footer link
The app footer's product links include "Tresha AI" with a sparkles icon. Clicking it opens the same chat.

Drivers: use the menu
In the driver app, open the account menu and tap "Ask Tresha".

Read the panel header
The header shows Tresha's orb avatar with a green online dot, the title "Tresha AI", and the subtitle "Your Dumpster Controls concierge". Next to it sit the globe language selector, an expand button that switches the panel to full screen and back, and the X to close.

What happens next

The first time you open the chat, Tresha greets you: "Hi, I'm Tresha 👋 Your operations copilot. Ask me about today's deliveries, overdue pickups, revenue or invoices. Or tap a suggestion below to start." Drivers get a version about their own deliveries and pickups.
Your conversation is saved on this device for your user, so closing the panel and reopening it later resumes where you left off.

Tresha is not offered on vendor accounts. She is available in the company app and in the driver app.
