How to see a customer's invoices and estimates in Dumpster Controls

The profile drawer keeps the customer's billing paperwork two tabs away: "Invoices" for money owed and paid, "Estimates" for quotes.

    1. 1

      Open the "Invoices" tab

The list shows "Invoice" number, "Status" (draft, sent, paid, overdue, canceled), "Total", and the due date for the customer's 50 most recent invoices. "No invoices yet" appears for new customers.

    2. 2

      Send one from the list

Click any invoice row to open the send dialog with that invoice preselected. The "Send Invoice" button in the drawer header does the same starting from the full list of unpaid invoices; its red counter shows how many are open (sent or overdue).

    3. 3

      Open the "Estimates" tab

The list shows "Estimate" number, "Status" (sent, accepted, declined), "Total", and "Date". Clicking a row opens the customer-facing estimate page in a new tab. Empty profiles show "No estimates yet."

    What happens next

    • The send dialog lets you deliver by email (with extra recipients and "Send admin copy"), by SMS, or copy a short public link. When nothing is owed it shows "All invoices are paid" and "No pending invoices to send." The complete sending, reminder, and card-on-file flows live in the Invoicing & Payments manual.

    Troubleshooting

Clicking an invoice did not offer to send it.

Paid and canceled invoices are not sendable; the dialog only lists invoices that still need payment.
