How to add proof photos to a task in the Dumpster Controls Driver App

Photos protect you and your company: where the can sat, how the site looked, what the receipt said. Each task type has its own photo slots.

Find the "Photos" slots
After tapping "I've Arrived", the task sheet shows square photo slots. Deliveries offer "Before Delivery", "After Delivery", and "Delivery Issue"; pickups offer "Before Pickup", "After Pickup", and "Pickup Issue"; landfill runs use "Landfill Receipt" and "Landfill Issue".
Know the required one
The slot the task needs is outlined and marked "Required": "After Delivery" for deliveries, "After Pickup" for pickups, and "Landfill Receipt" for landfill runs. Empty slots read "Tap to add photo".
Shoot or pick
Tapping a slot offers "Take Photo" (opens the camera) or "From Library" (opens your gallery).
Let the stamp work
Uploaded photos are automatically stamped with the date, time, location, and your company's name, turning every shot into evidence. Landfill receipts are the exception: they upload unstamped at high quality so the numbers stay legible.
Fix mistakes
A filled slot shows a green check; tap it to change the photo ("Tap to change"), or use the trash icon to delete one. Deleting asks "Delete this photo? This cannot be undone."

What happens next

Photos attach to the order, so admins and dispatchers see them on the order record immediately.
Completed tasks keep their photos visible in a read-only gallery.

The slot shows a warning badge; tap it to retry the same photo. Check your signal if it keeps failing.

Yes. The slide shows "No photo attached: slide to complete anyway". Landfill runs are stricter: the receipt info must be saved before completing.
