How to use Tresha by voice from the truck tablet

Tresha is the built-in assistant. From the tablet rail she opens already listening, so a driver can ask a question or finish a stop without typing.

Before you start

• Microphone permission granted on the tablet.

1. Open Tresha from the rail

   The rail button opens the assistant already listening, so the first word is captured. On a phone it is in the menu.

2. Ask in your own language

   Tresha answers in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Ask what is next, where a customer is, or what the day looks like.

3. Ask her to complete a stop

   Tresha can complete deliveries, pickups and landfill runs. She shows a confirmation card first: nothing happens until you tap it, and the action runs under your own login.

4. Listen to the answer

   Answers can be spoken back, which is what you want with hands on the wheel. Audio works even with the device on silent.

What happens next

• The action appears in the office immediately, attributed to you.
• Everything Tresha does is recorded in the audit trail.

Troubleshooting

Tresha does not hear me

Check the microphone permission in device settings. In a loud cab, hold the tablet closer or type the question instead.

She asks me to confirm every time

By design. Anything that changes an order waits for a tap, so a misheard sentence can never complete the wrong stop.
