Linking your business checking account and credit card lets the app pull balances and transactions so you can categorize spending and match charges to your recorded costs.
From Finances, click the "Reconciliation" pill. The "Accounts" card explains: link your checking and credit card so transactions can be imported and costs matched across all accounts. Click "Link Checking" or "Link Credit Card".
The "Connect your bank" modal ("Powered by Stripe Financial Connections") opens Stripe's window where you pick your bank and log in there. Click "Connect Bank Account", or "Connect Another Account" if one is already linked.
On success you see "Bank connected successfully!" and the account appears under "Linked Accounts" with its institution, last 4 digits, and "Available" and "Current" balances. On the page, linked accounts show a "Connected" chip.
Click "Manage" to reopen the modal, refresh a balance with the refresh icon, or disconnect an account with the unlink icon. A "Bank balance" tile on the page shows your combined balance with a refresh button.
The modal shows the reason and a "Try Again" button. Make sure pop-ups are allowed and complete the authorization in the Stripe window.
