How to sign in and recover your password in Dumpster Controls

The login screen handles sign-in, two-factor codes, and password recovery from one place.

    1. 1

On the login page, enter "Email" and "Password" under the "Sign In" heading ("Sign in to your account") and click "Sign In". The eye icon toggles password visibility.

    2. 2

Enter your 2FA code if asked

Accounts with two-factor authentication see a "Two-Factor Authentication" screen: "Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app", then click "Verify". Use "Back to login" to start over.

    3. 3

Forgot your password? Request a reset

Click "Forgot your password?" under the sign-in button. On the recovery page ("Forgot your password?" with the note "Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link."), type your "Email" and click "Send reset link".

    4. 4

      Use the reset link

The page switches to "Check your email" and confirms it sent a reset link to your address, with the tip to check your inbox and spam folder. Follow the link to set a new password. If nothing arrives, click "Didn't receive it? Try again".

    What happens next

    • After login, each role lands on its home: company users on the dashboard, drivers in the driver workflow, and platform admins in their own panel.
    • Your language choice on the login page ("Preferred Language") is remembered on that device.

    Troubleshooting

Login fails with an error toast.

Check the email and password. If your company teammate created your user, ask them for a password reset: their "Reset Password" action sends you a new link to set a password.
