How to view landfill details and get directions in Dumpster Controls

The detail view gathers everything about one landfill: community rating, contact info, hours, reviews, and a one-click route.

1. Open the details

   Click "Details" on any landfill card. The view shows a rating hero with the average score, the star row, and "{n} reviews" labeled "Community rating".

2. Check contact info and hours

   Below the rating you get the full address, a tap-to-call phone number, the website link when available, and the opening hours table.

3. Route a truck there

   Click "Get Directions" to open turn-by-turn directions to the landfill in Google Maps in a new tab. The same "Directions" shortcut exists on every card in the list.

4. Read the reviews

   The "Reviews" section lists each review with the reviewer's name, star rating, date, and text. Empty state: "No reviews yet. Be the first!"

What happens next

• Use the back arrow in the header to return to the list.
• "Leave a Review" opens the review form right inside the detail view.

Troubleshooting

There is no website or hours on the detail page.

The database only shows what has been collected for that landfill. Know the missing info? On the public landfill page you can use "Suggest an edit" to send it to the team.
