Module guide
Watch your company climb: real orders unlock levels, big moments get confetti, and a Monday email recaps your week.
Milestones & Levels is the motivation layer built into Dumpster Controls. As your company creates real orders, it climbs a ladder of 12 named levels, from "First Order" at your very first order all the way to "Hall of Fame" at 1,000. Your current level shows as a small badge (a pill) on the dashboard; clicking it opens the "Company levels" dialog with the whole ladder, your progress bar to the next level, and the date each level was unlocked.
Big moments are celebrated on the spot. When your company crosses a level threshold, or receives its first payment through the app, confetti bursts across the screen and a small dialog announces the achievement, for example "First order in the books!" or "Your company is now Silver Company!". Each celebration happens exactly once per company and never interrupts what you were doing: one click on "Keep going" and you are back to work.
Only real work counts. Sample orders (the "DEMO-" ones from the setup checklist) are always excluded from levels, milestones, and the weekly numbers. The setup checklist itself, the card "Your company is {pct}% ready" on the dashboard, is part of the same system: finishing a step fires confetti too, and it is covered in detail in the Getting Started guide.
Once your company has at least one real order, the owner also receives a weekly summary email every Monday with three numbers from the last 7 days: "Orders", "Collected", and "Online bookings".
No. Sample orders (order numbers starting with "DEMO-") never count toward levels, celebrations, the money milestones, or the weekly summary email. Only real orders move the ladder.
By design. The confetti party fires only when your order count lands exactly on a level threshold, so a big import that jumps past several thresholds unlocks those levels quietly. Open the "Company levels" dialog from the dashboard pill: every level you passed shows as "Unlocked" with a green check.
The pill only appears once your company has at least one real order. Sample orders do not count, so a brand new account sees the setup checklist instead. If it disappears later, its data could not load; refresh the page.
No. Levels are automatic recognition of your company's real order history. There is nothing to configure, nothing to buy, and no way to lose a level: create orders and the ladder fills in by itself.
Card payments are confirmed in the background, so the app detects your first completed payment on your next visit to the dashboard. That is when the "First payment received!" celebration fires, once, with the amount.
Company owners, once a week, and only after the company has at least one real order in its history. If you unsubscribed from Dumpster Controls emails, the summary respects that and is not sent.
