How to ask for a Google review from an order in Dumpster Controls

Right where you close out an order is the best moment to ask for a review. The order panel sends a review request by email or SMS with your Google link.

Before you start

• Your Google review link (a g.co or Google Maps review URL).

1. Open the request

   Expand the order in Order History and click "Review request" in the invoice actions bar. The "Ask for a Google review" dialog opens.

2. Write the message

   Fill "Review message" (for example "Rate us on Google!") and paste the "Google review link". Both are required.

3. Pick the channels

   Toggle email and SMS, confirming the customer's address and phone number in the dialog.

4. Send

   Click send. A toast confirms "Review request sent".

What happens next

• The customer receives your message with the direct review link on the channels you selected.

Troubleshooting

The send button is disabled.

At least one channel must be on, and both the review message and the Google link must be filled. Errors call out the missing piece, for example "Enter the Google review link".
