How to open and navigate the Account Center in Dumpster Controls

Every account, company, billing, and security setting lives in one screen called the Account Center. Learn how its groups are organized so you always know where to look.

1. Open the Account Center

   Open your account menu in the app header and go to your account settings. The Account Center opens on the "Profile" tab by default.

2. Read the groups

   On desktop, the left navigation under the "Account Center" title is split into labeled groups: "Account", "Billing", "Payments", "Marketplace", "Settings", "Engage", "Security", and "Danger".

3. Know what each tab holds

   "Profile" and "Company" hold personal and business details, "Team and Permissions" manages your staff, "Billing and Plan" and "Payment Methods" handle your subscription, "Configure Payouts" connects Stripe so you can get paid, "Dumpster HUB Marketplace" manages your HUB participation, "Notifications" and "Appearance" are your preferences, "Referrals" and "Support Center" connect you with other haulers and with our team, "Security" protects your login, and "Cancel Subscription" (shown in red) ends a paid plan.

4. Use it on the phone

   On mobile, the tabs appear as a horizontal bar pinned to the bottom of the screen. Scroll it sideways and tap any tab to switch.

What happens next

• The tab you are on is kept in the page address, so you can bookmark or share a direct link to a specific tab.
• Admins and owners see one extra tab, "Resource Usage", in the Billing group.

Troubleshooting

I do not see the "Resource Usage" tab.

It only appears for admin and owner roles. Other team members do not see it.
