How to track your resource usage in Dumpster Controls

The "Resource Usage" tab shows admins and owners how the company is consuming SMS, email, AI, and other platform resources.

    Before you start

    • An admin or owner role. Other roles do not see this tab.
    1. 1

      Open Resource Usage

In the Account Center's Billing group, click "Resource Usage". The subtitle explains the scope: "Track how your company is consuming SMS, email, AI and other resources."

    2. 2

      Pick a time range

Switch between "7 days", "30 days", and "90 days" to change the window for every card.

    3. 3

      Read the cards

Counters cover "SMS" (via ClickSend), "Email" (via Resend), "AI Messages" (with the conversation count), "Invoices" (paid versus unpaid), "Links" (short and payment links), "Push Notifications" ("Driver and admin device notifications."), "AI Tool Calls" ("Automated actions executed by Tresha AI."), and "AI Voice" (characters narrated by Tresha).

    4. 4

      Check the monthly history

The "Monthly history" section charts the "Last 12 months". A new company sees "No historical usage yet. Data will accumulate from now on."

    What happens next

    • A footnote warns that usage capture started recently, so history from before that point may be missing.

    Troubleshooting

I see "Failed to load usage data."

Reload the page. If the error persists, open a support ticket.
