How to understand your plan and pricing in Dumpster Controls

The "Billing and Plan" tab lays out the whole pricing model on plan cards: "Start free. Upgrade when you're ready."

    1. 1

      Open Billing and Plan

In the Account Center, click "Billing and Plan". The banner under "SIMPLE PRICING" explains: "The platform is free: you only pay standard payment processing fees. Upgrade to get the lowest processing rates available."

    2. 2

      Read the Free card

The "Free" plan is "$0", "Forever free", with "Unlimited orders", "Manual, booking & HUB orders", "Full platform access", and "No credit card needed". Its "Processing fees" box states: "2.99% + $3.99 per online card payment, in line with what other dumpster apps charge. Cash orders are always free."

    3. 3

      Read the Unlimited card

"Unlimited", tagged "MOST POPULAR", costs "$169" "/month" and includes "Unlimited orders", "Lowest processing fees", "Priority support", and "Advanced reporting". Its "Lowest fees available" box explains: "2.99% + $0.30 per online card payment: you only pay the Stripe price, nothing more. Save $3.69 on every single payment. 50+ orders a month? The plan pays for itself."

    4. 4

      Read the Enterprise card

"Enterprise" is "Custom" priced, "Tailored to scale", for "20+ trucks fleet management" with a "Dedicated account manager", "Custom integrations", and "Volume pricing". Click "Contact Sales" to open the "Enterprise Inquiry" form, describe what you need (at least a short paragraph), and click "Submit Inquiry". A toast confirms "Inquiry received!" and the team typically responds within 24 hours on business days.

    5. 5

      Expand "How billing works"

The collapsible answers the common questions: the app is free on Starter, Unlimited saves $3.69 per online payment, you can switch plans anytime with immediate effect, and all plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts.

    6. 6

      Check Billing Information and history

"Billing Information" lists the billing email. Below it, "Billing History" lists your subscription invoices with amount and status ("Paid", "Open", "Draft", "Void", or "Uncollectible") and links to "Download PDF" or "View on Stripe". Before any subscription it shows "No invoices yet".

    What happens next

    • Your current plan's card is highlighted and its button reads "✓ Current Plan".

    Troubleshooting

The "Submit Inquiry" button is disabled.

Write at least a brief description of what you are looking for in the message box first.
