Trucks & Fleet · updated 2026-08-08
Each truck has a full page with tabs for its record, files, photos, and usage, plus quick actions and notes in the sidebar.
Click the truck's row on the Trucks list (or "View Details" in the row menu). Use "Back to Trucks" at the top to return.
The truck's name is followed by its status badge ("Active", "Maintenance", or "Inactive") and a paperwork badge: "Docs Complete" in green, or an amber badge listing what is missing, for example "Missing registration, insurance". The "Edit" button opens the wizard, and the three-dots menu holds "Delete".
Four tabs organize the record: "Overview", "Documents", "Photos", and "Usage".
"Truck Information" shows "Model", "License Plate", "VIN", "Year", "Color", "Manufacturer", and "Mileage" (in "mi"). "Document Status" lists "Registration", "Insurance", and "Odometer" as "Uploaded" or "Missing". The "Photos" card shows the four sides with an "{x}/4 uploaded" counter; empty slots say "Click to upload".
"Quick Actions" jumps to "Upload Docs" and "Upload Photos". "Details" shows "Created" and "Last Updated" dates. "Notes" is a free text box ("Add notes..."); click "Save Notes" and a toast confirms "Notes saved".
The truck was deleted or the link is stale. Click "Back to Trucks" and open it from the list.
