The briefing is a chat, not a form. Max asks one thing at a time, and a progress bar shows how much of the briefing is complete.
Under the header, the bar shows your progress as "{done} of 12 sections" with a percentage. The briefing covers your details, your business, service area, dumpsters, pages, content, design, contact and trust, integrations, domain, and online booking.
Use the box with the placeholder "Type your answer…" and press Enter or the send button. Max replies in the language you chose, remembers everything, and moves to the next topic.
Max chats in English, Spanish, or Portuguese and follows your app language automatically. The website itself is always built in English.
If a message fails, Max says "Sorry, something went wrong. Could you try sending that again?" and you can simply resend. You can also correct any earlier answer by telling Max what changed.
Max prefills what your account already knows and skips those questions. If something looks wrong, just tell Max the correct value in the chat; the briefing is reviewed by a human team before anything is built.
