How to upload your logo and photos to Max in Dumpster Controls

When Max needs an image, an upload card appears right in the chat. Photos of your trucks and jobs make the final site look like your company, not a stock template.

1. Wait for the upload card

   When Max asks for an image (logo, hero photo, favicon, gallery shots), a card appears above the message box labeled "Add {name of the item}". Every upload is marked "optional", and you can dismiss the card with the X.

2. Pick the files

   Click "Choose images" and select one or more image files. Thumbnails of what you uploaded appear on the card and in the conversation.

3. Or attach at any time

   The paperclip-style image button to the left of the message box lets you attach an image whenever you want, even without an upload card.

What happens next

• Uploads are stored with your briefing so the design team receives them together with your answers.

Troubleshooting

I got "Upload failed. Please try a different file."

The file could not be stored. Try a standard image format (a photo or PNG/JPG export) or a smaller file.
