How online booking works on your website in Dumpster Controls

Every "Book Now" and "Select" button on your website leads into your real Dumpster Controls checkout, the same one behind your booking page. No forms, no copy-paste of orders.

Before you start

• Your Stripe payout account is connected (see the online booking manual).
• The "Online Booking" switch on the Booking Page screen is turned on.

1. The visitor picks a size

   On the "Choose Your Dumpster Size" section, the visitor clicks "Select" on a size card. They are taken to your booking checkout with that size already chosen.

2. The checkout is yours

   It is the exact same online booking flow as your booking page: address and service area check, dates, payment, and confirmation. Orders land in your app like any other online order.

3. Know the fallbacks

   If online booking is not active, the size cards do not show "Select". Instead they show "Call Us", which dials your company phone, or "Contact Us" when no phone is on file. Activating online booking switches the site to real checkout buttons automatically.

What happens next

• New orders from the website appear in your Orders list and dispatch flow exactly like orders from the booking page.
• Prices shown on the site always match your current size prices, so quotes and checkout never disagree.

Troubleshooting

My site shows "Call Us" but I want online booking.

Connect your Stripe payout account and turn on the "Online Booking" switch on the "Booking Page" screen. Both are required before booking buttons appear on the website.
