How to charge a card by phone in CAD

For customers who call in, you can type their card at the counter and charge it in Canadian dollars while creating the order, the same card-by-phone flow US companies use.

1. 1

   Create the order or junk job

   Open New Order (or New Junk Job), fill the customer and service details, and choose card by phone as the payment method.

2. 2

   Enter the card and confirm

   Type the card number the customer reads to you. The charge runs in CAD on your Stripe account, and the card is saved for future off-session charges like overweight fees.

3. 3

   Everything is recorded

   The invoice is marked paid, the order shows as paid, and the transaction appears in your Finances (CAD) page with the fee breakdown.
