Residential, contractor, and broker profiles carry different fields. This guide lists exactly what each type stores so you choose well, because the type cannot be changed later from the edit form.
"Residential Details" covers "Property Type" ("Single Family", "Townhouse", "Condo", "Other"), "Gate Code", "Preferred Contact" ("Call", "Text", "Email"), and "Payment Preference" ("Card", "Cash", "ACH"), plus two switches: "HOA Community" and "Tax Exempt".
"Contractor Details" covers "License Number", "EIN", "Billing Email", "Default Dumpster Size" ("10 Yard" through "40 Yard"), "AP Contact Name", "AP Contact Phone", "Net Terms" ("Net 7", "Net 15", "Net 30", "Custom"), "Credit Limit", and "Risk Rating" ("Low", "Medium", "High"), plus the "PO Required" and "Tax Exempt" switches. Turning on "PO Required" reveals "Default PO Format".
"Broker Details" requires "Broker License Number" and adds "EIN", "Billing Email", "AP Contact Name", "AP Contact Phone", "Payment Terms (days)" ("Net 7" through "Net 60", "Custom"), "Credit Limit", "Risk Rating", "Commission %", and "Default Markup %", plus three switches: "PO Required", "Tax Exempt", and "Commission Agreement".
Turning on "Tax Exempt" reveals "Upload Tax Exempt Certificate" (PDF or image) on all three types. Contractors and brokers also get "Upload W9" (PDF) and "Upload Insurance Certificate" (PDF or image); brokers add "Attach Broker Agreement" (PDF). Files can be up to 10 MB, and each upload can be swapped with "Replace" or cleared with "Remove".
Each slot accepts specific formats: W9 and broker agreement are PDF only; certificates accept PDF, JPG, PNG, or WEBP. Files must be 10 MB or smaller.
