How to use the Dashboard KPI cards in Dumpster Controls

The four cards at the top of the Dashboard are live counters and shortcuts in one. Each click lands you on the exact list behind the number.

1. Read "Deliveries"

   The count of orders waiting for delivery. Sub-counters: "today" (due today), "late" in red (past their delivery date), and "tmrw" (scheduled for tomorrow). Click the card to open the Deliveries tab in Operations.

2. Read "Pickups"

   Orders waiting for the dumpster to be collected, with the same "today", "late", and "tmrw" breakdown. Click to open the Pickups tab.

3. Read "Landfill Runs"

   Full dumpsters that still need a landfill trip. Sub-counters: "en route" (a driver is on the way to the landfill now), "stored" (full cans parked at a yard waiting for a run), and "late". Click to open the Landfill tab.

4. Read "Junk Removal"

   Active junk removal jobs (canceled and completed jobs are excluded), with a "scheduled" sub-counter. Click to open the Junk tab.

What happens next

• The "late" and "stored" sub-counters only appear when their count is above zero, so a clean card means a clean day.
• The dates behind "today" and "tmrw" follow your company time zone.

Troubleshooting

The KPI numbers do not match my order list.

The cards count operational orders only: deleted, canceled, and invoice-only orders are excluded.
