The route view draws one driver's day on Google Maps: numbered stops, real street routing, drive times, arrival estimates, and the truck's live position.
Before you start
Click "View route" on the driver's lane. The map panel switches to that driver's route with a side list of stops.
The panel header shows the driver, stop count, the estimated day length (drive time plus 10 minutes per stop), a projected finish time, and total miles. Completed stops add a green realized-time counter.
The list starts with "Start · HQ" ("Truck departs here") and numbers every stop. Each pending stop shows "Drive {min} min", "{min} min on-site", and "arrive ~{time}". Completed stops show "done in" with their actual duration.
The driver's truck appears as a live marker that updates while the map is open. If the last position is old, the marker grays out with the note "Last position over 5 min ago".
Click a stop in the list or a numbered pin on the map to focus it; clicking also opens the task details. Customer phone numbers in the list are tap-to-call.
Click "General map" to return to the company-wide view.
The driver's app has not reported a recent location. The marker appears when live location data exists for that driver.
When Google street routing is unavailable, the map falls back to straight-line estimates. It upgrades to real driving times automatically when routing succeeds.
