How to manage your profile, settings, and documents in the Dumpster Controls Driver App

The "Profile" tab and "Settings" screen hold everything about you: your info, your permissions, your documents, and your theme.

  1. Edit "Personal Info"

On "Profile", update "Full Name", "Email", and "Phone", then tap "Save Changes". "Change photo" sets your avatar (JPG, PNG, or WebP).

  2. Manage "Security"

Change your password with "Current Password" and "New Password" ("At least 6 characters"), or use "Change Email": you will receive a confirmation email at the new address.

  3. Review "Permissions" in Settings

Settings lists "Location", "Background Location" ("Required for automatic route tracking and ETA optimization"), "Notifications", and "Camera", each marked "Allowed", "Denied", or "Not set", with "Allow" or "Manage" buttons to fix them.

  4. Upload your "Documents"

The "Documents" entry opens "My Documents" with slots for "Driver Photo", "License Front", "License Back", "Work Eligibility", "Med Examination", "Drug & Alcohol", and "Tax Docs". Tap "Click to upload" on a slot, or "Replace" to update one; a counter tracks how many are uploaded.

  5. Get "Help"

The "Help" entry ("Support tickets") opens the support area to contact the Dumpster Controls team.

  6. Sign out or delete

"Log Out" signs you out of the app. "Delete Account" on the profile requests permanent deletion after a confirmation explaining the process.
