How to understand profit confidence statuses in Orders P&L

Every row in Orders P&L carries a confidence status that tells you how much to trust the profit number: Verified, Partial, Estimated, or Review.

    1. 1

      Verified

A confirmed payment (online payment or a matched bank transaction) and recorded costs both back the number. This is profit you can rely on.

    2. 2

      Partially Verified

Only one side is confirmed. The drawer explains exactly why, for example: "Payment received but no operational costs (landfill, fuel, etc.) have been logged yet." or "Revenue not yet confirmed via payment, only costs are recorded."

    3. 3

      Estimated

Neither payments nor costs are confirmed yet, so the figures are projections from the invoiced amount.

    4. 4

      Needs Review

Something is missing. The drawer lists the items under "Why needs review?" and "Missing Items": "No costs recorded", "No payment received", or "No landfill cost" on completed orders. Fix them by adding costs or collecting the payment, and the status upgrades automatically.

    What happens next

    • The "Verified" mini KPI at the top shows what percentage of the listed orders is fully verified; the fees column never estimates a fee, it only shows fees actually recorded on payments.
