Orders P&L shows "What each order really made after fees and costs": one row per order or junk job with Revenue, Fees, Costs, Profit, and Margin, topped by realized-profit KPIs.
Before you start
Choose "Last 7 days", "Last 30 days", "Last 90 days", or "All time" in the selector at the top right.
"Profit, collected orders" is your realized profit: only orders with a completed payment or a paid invoice count. The line below breaks it into Collected, Card fees, and Direct costs, and a pill shows the average margin. If some orders need attention, a "to review" pill appears; clicking it filters the table.
"Collected" (paid orders, gross), "Card fees" (Stripe and platform), "Direct costs" (landfill, fuel, labor), and "Uncollected" (invoiced with no payment; tap it to see the unpaid orders). Below them: "Profit / haul", "Orders analyzed", and the share of "Verified" orders.
Use the status chips "All", "Verified", "Partial", "Estimated", and "Review" (each shows its count), and the "Search by order # or customer" box.
Columns are Order, Date, Customer, Size, Revenue, Fees, Costs, Profit, Margin, and Status. Click Date, Revenue, Fees, Profit, or Margin headers to sort. Junk removal jobs carry a "Junk" badge in the Size column. Margins are color-coded and unpaid orders show "projected" under their profit.
Click a row to open the drill-down drawer with the full revenue and cost breakdown and quick actions.
As the empty state suggests, adjust your filters or date range to see per-order profitability.
