How to create your first order in Dumpster Controls

The first real order is the biggest milestone of setup: it lights up the dispatch board, the dashboard, and your first celebration.

Before you start

At least one dumpster size with a price (the order form prices from your catalog).

Start from the checklist
Click "Go" on the checklist step "Create your first order", or use "New Order" in the app. The order form asks for the customer, dumpster size, delivery address, dates, and payment method.

Fill it in and confirm
Pick or create the customer, choose the size, set the delivery date, and choose how the customer pays. The full walkthrough of every order type lives in the Orders manual.

Enjoy the milestone
Creating your first real order pops a celebration: "First order in the books!" with the note "Your company just created its first order in Dumpster Controls. This is where the operation starts rolling." Click "Keep going".

What happens next

The checklist step turns green and your progress bar jumps.
The order generates delivery and pickup tasks on the Dispatch board, ready to assign to a driver.
More celebrations follow as you grow: your first payment shows "First payment received!", and order counts unlock company levels you can browse from the level badge on the dashboard.

Add at least one dumpster size with prices first; the order form builds its pricing from your registered sizes.
