How to share your booking site on day one in Dumpster Controls

Your hosted booking page exists from the moment your account does. Seeing and sharing it early is the fastest way to feel the product working.

    1. 1

Find the card on the dashboard

Inside the setup checklist, the card "Your booking site already exists" explains: "Customers pick a size, a date and pay by card. The order lands on your board by itself."

    2. 2

      Preview it

Click "View my site" to open your live page at a link like https://dumpstercontrols.io/book?company=your-company in a new tab.

    3. 3

      Share the link

Click "Copy link" (a toast confirms "Link copied!") and paste it anywhere: Instagram bio, Google Business profile, text messages.

    4. 4

      Turn booking on

While booking is off, the card shows "Turn it on". It opens the "Booking Page" module, where the toggle flips between "PAUSED" and "LIVE". Going live requires a connected Stripe account; the toast confirms "Online Booking is LIVE ✅".

    What happens next

    • The checklist step "Turn on online booking" turns green once the page is live.
    • New online orders land on your dispatch board automatically, with the customer, size, dates, and payment already attached.

    Troubleshooting

The toggle opens a Stripe popup instead of going live.

Online booking cannot accept card payments without a payout account. Connect Stripe first, then flip the toggle.

I want prices and photos on the page first.

The page sells what your inventory defines. Add your dumpster sizes with prices and images, then review the page with "View my site".
