How to cancel a Hub listing in Dumpster Controls

Changed your mind, or freed up a truck? A listing can be pulled off the Hub at any time before another company accepts it.

    Before you start

    • The listing is still in "Listed" status (available). Accepted listings cannot be cancelled this way.
    1. 1

Option 1: from the operations board

On the order row showing the "On Hub · Waiting for partner" chip, click "Cancel Hub Listing".

    2. 2

      Option 2: from the Hub

In the "My Listings" tab, find the row with "Listed" status and click "Cancel" in the "Actions" column.

    What happens next

    • A toast confirms "Listing cancelled" with "Order removed from the Hub." The order returns to your normal operations flow, ready to assign to your own driver.
    • If the listing was owner-funded, the prepaid funding is refunded per the Hub rules; per the in-app manual, the party that cancels bears the card processing fee lost on the refund.

    Troubleshooting

The cancel fails with "Listing not found or already taken".

Another company accepted the listing moments before you clicked. It is now their order to run; if it must come back, coordinate through the Hub's give-up flow on their side.
