How to track your Hub listings as a seller in Dumpster Controls

The "My Listings" tab is the seller's dashboard: every order you put on the Hub, its countdown, and where the money stands.

    1. 1

      Open the tab

In the Hub, click "My Listings". Seven counters summarize your selling: "Orders Listed", "Accepted", "Completed", "Returned", "Total Broker Profit", "Money in Escrow", and "Available to Withdraw".

    2. 2

      Read the table

Columns cover "Order ID", "Waste", "Original" (your customer's price), "Resale" (your ask), "Profit", "Status", "Escrow", "Countdown", and "Actions".

    3. 3

      Follow each listing's life

"Status" moves through "Listed", "Accepted", "In Progress", "Completed", "Returned", or "Cancelled". While a listing is "Listed", the "Countdown" column shows the time left before it auto-returns. Accepted rows add "Accepted by: Verified Network Member".

    4. 4

      Watch the escrow

"Escrow" shows "Pending", "Held", "Released", or "Refunded". "Held" means the executor is working and the split has not happened yet; "Released" means the delivery was confirmed and the money moved.

    What happens next

    • An empty tab shows "You have no active listings" with the hint "Go to Inventory → Waiting Delivery to list an order."
    • Completed listings feed "Total Broker Profit", your lifetime margin from resold orders.

    Troubleshooting

    A listing shows "Returned".

The countdown expired with no taker, so the order automatically came back to your account. Find it in your operations board flagged "Hub Expired · Action required", then re-list it, run it yourself, or cancel it.
