How to track your accepted Hub orders in Dumpster Controls

The "My Accepted Orders" tab is the executor's dashboard: every order you took from another company, with its payout and escrow state.

    1. 1

      Open the tab

In the Hub, click "My Accepted Orders". Four counters sit on top: "In Progress", "Completed", "Earnings Pending", and "Earnings Released".

    2. 2

      Read the table

Columns cover "Order ID", "Waste" (badge plus dumpster size), "Payout", "Est. Net", "Delivery", "Status", "Escrow", and "Actions".

    3. 3

      Follow the status

"Status" moves through "In Progress", "Completed", or "Cancelled". "Escrow" shows "Pending", "Held", "Released", or "Refunded". "Held" means the money is secured and waiting for your delivery confirmation.

    4. 4

      Run the actual work elsewhere

The physical job lives in your operations board under Waiting Delivery, where you assign a driver, dispatch, and confirm delivery with a photo. This tab is the financial mirror.

    What happens next

    • After you confirm delivery, the escrow releases: "Escrow" flips to "Released" and the amount moves from "Earnings Pending" into "Earnings Released".
    • An empty tab shows "You have not accepted any orders" with the hint "Browse the Marketplace tab to find available orders."

    Troubleshooting

My completed order still shows escrow as "Held".

Escrow releases after delivery is confirmed with a photo on the order itself. Make sure the delivery confirmation was completed in your operations flow.
