How to manage junk removal jobs from Operations in Dumpster Controls

The "Junk Removal" card on Operations opens a tab with every active junk job, so container work and junk crews share one screen.

  1. Open the tab

Click the "Junk Removal" card. The section is titled "Junk Removal" ("Active junk removal jobs and crew assignments") with two buttons: "Load Pricing" for your load-fraction price table and "New Job" to create a job.

  2. Read the pills and filters

Badges summarize the workload: "Active", "Scheduled", and "Late" counts. Search ("Search jobs, customers, addresses...") and the status filter ("All Statuses", "Scheduled", "On Site", "Loading", "To Landfill", "Completed", "Canceled") narrow the list.

  3. Read a job row

Columns are "Job #", "Address", "Customer", "Amount", "Date", "Load", "Status", and "Driver / Actions". The "Load" badge shows the fraction sold ("Full" or a fraction such as 2/4), and late jobs add a red "Late" badge.

  4. Assign and act

"Assign Driver" opens the job drawer to pick the crew. The three-dot menu offers "View Details" and "Cancel Job".

Troubleshooting

The tab says "No junk jobs found".

If you have never created one, the hint reads "Create your first junk removal job to get started." Otherwise clear the search and status filter.
