Junk Removal · updated 2026-08-08
Clicking any junk job opens a drawer that concentrates everything: status, driver, photos, money, receipt, and history.
The top shows the "JNK-" job number, the customer, a paid or not-paid badge, the status chip ("Scheduled", "On Site", "Loading", "To Landfill", "Completed", or "Canceled"), the driver chip (or "Unassigned"), and the load badge. Quick actions: "Message", "Call" (tap-to-dial with a copy option), and "Invoice".
The "Driver Assignment" section has a driver dropdown (with each driver's phone) and a "Save Assignment" button. A toast confirms "Assignment updated". Assignment is locked once the job is completed.
"Job Information" lists the address (with copy), "Job Date", "Time Window", "Load Size", "Crew Size", and "Est. Duration". "Customer Information" lists name, email, and phone.
The "Photos" section shows every picture attached to the job; click one to open it full-screen. Completion photos taken when the job is confirmed done appear here too.
"Internal Notes" ("Add a note (not visible to customer)...") appends timestamped notes with the "Add Note" button. Notes stack chronologically and never reach the customer.
The timeline records "Job created", "Job started", and "Job completed" with dates and times.
No invoice is linked to this job yet. Jobs created through the normal flows always get one; the button activates as soon as the linked invoice loads.
