How to record the landfill receipt and cost for a junk job in Dumpster Controls

When the truck dumps the load, scan the landfill ticket into the job so the disposal cost counts against the job's profit.

Open "Landfill Receipt"
In the job drawer, expand the "Landfill Receipt" section and upload a photo of the ticket.

Let the scanner read it
The receipt scanner extracts the net weight and the landfill cost from the image. Both fields stay editable, so you can correct or type values manually if the scan misses.

Save it
Click "Save Receipt & Cost". The toast "Receipt & cost saved" confirms, and the "Payment Summary" section now shows a "Landfill Cost" line under the price.

What happens next

The landfill cost feeds the job's row in Orders P&L, so junk profit is real profit after disposal.
The receipt image stays attached to the job for later disputes or audits.

It needs at least a receipt file or a cost value. Upload the ticket or type the cost first.
