How to customize your booking page appearance in Dumpster Controls

The Appearance tab controls your logo, contact info, brand colors, social links, and the weekly schedule that gates which days customers can book.

Before you start

  1. Open the Appearance tab

In "Booking Page", select the "Appearance" tab.

  2. Fill in Company Information

The "Company Information" card ("This appears on your booking page header.") holds your logo upload, "Company Name", "Phone", "Headquarters Address" with Google address autocomplete, plus "Country", "City", "State", and "Zip Code". Logos must be PNG, JPG, or WebP under 2MB; your logo also becomes the page favicon.

  3. Pick your Brand Colors

In "Brand Colors", set "Primary Color" and "Secondary Color" as hex values. The booking page header, buttons, and highlights use these colors.

  4. Add Social Media links

In "Social Media" ("Optional links displayed on your booking page."), paste URLs for "Google Reviews", "Instagram", "Facebook", and "LinkedIn". You can also set a "Google review call-to-action" text. Icons appear in the booking page header.

  5. Set your Weekly Schedule

In "Weekly Schedule" ("Select the days your company operates. Non-working days block online booking."), click each day to toggle between "Open" and "Off". The hint explains: "Click a day to toggle availability. Customers cannot book on days marked as Off." Closed days are struck through in the customer's date picker, and the quick-pick button skips to the next open day.

Troubleshooting

My logo upload fails.

The uploader accepts PNG, JPG, and WebP only, and rejects files over 2MB ("Image must be smaller than 2MB.").

Customers say every date is blocked.

Check the Weekly Schedule: if all seven days are set to "Off", the calendar fails open, but a mostly-closed week pushes the default delivery date far ahead. Mark your working days as "Open".
