How to add photos and the landfill receipt to an order in Dumpster Controls

Photos win disputes. Every order keeps a typed photo gallery plus a dedicated landfill receipt slot, and the office can upload to both after the fact.

    1. 1

      Open the "Photos" card

Expand the order in Order History. The gallery groups photos by moment: "Before Delivery", "Delivered", "Before Pickup", "After Pickup", "Landfill Receipt", "Driver Instruction", and more. Click any photo to open the lightbox.

    2. 2

      Upload a missing photo

Use the upload action on the photo type you want to fill. A toast confirms "Photo uploaded successfully". Drivers' photos from the app land in the same gallery automatically.

    3. 3

      Attach the "Landfill Receipt"

On the "Landfill Information" card, use the receipt area to upload or replace the receipt image. A toast confirms "Landfill receipt attached". This receipt is the source of truth shown on the public invoice.

    4. 4

      Check the evidence on charges

Extra fees created with photos keep them as evidence; "View Details" on a charge shows the "Evidence" thumbnails sent to the customer.

    What happens next

    • The receipt also powers the overweight math: with a receipt and net weight on file, overweight alerts and invoice lines can reference it.
    • Photos appear in the operations drawers too, under "Photos" ("Photos taken throughout the order lifecycle").

    Troubleshooting

    My upload fails.

You must be signed in and the file must be an image. Retry with a smaller photo if the connection is slow.
